When Bluebird took over the underground, it was completely full. We had customers asking for more space, more power, more cooling, and our expansion allowed us to address that. I’ve been at the facility for about 13 years, since the beginning of the facility. What I believe to be the key is the underground characteristics. We do not have to be concerned with weather or the outside environment. There are challenges; perfect 90 degrees don’t exist. Primarily, you’re in an area of irregular surfaces. With this expansion, this place is stronger, is better than it used to be. So, if there were one thing I would say to everybody: This place is unbelievable, and if you don’t believe me, come down and see us.
